As a Retail Team Lead at Roots, you will bridge the leadership and sales teams, aiding in store operations while directly reporting to the Store Manager. With a strong focus on customer service and team development, you will model effective selling practices and motivate others to achieve goals in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Store Manager in operational functions and store coverage
• Model and promote customer service excellence at all times
• Lead and motivate the sales team towards exceeding sales goals
• Participate in onboarding processes and training of new associates
• Communicate performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail, luxury experience preferred
• Proven leadership in guiding sales teams
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage POS and banking procedures
• Flexibility for varied weekly shifts including weekends
