As a Field Merchandising Representative, you will travel to various retail locations, maintaining impressive beverage displays and managing your daily tasks. This position requires excellent relationship-building skills with store contacts and an independent work ethic. You’ll receive generous compensation, including a monthly vehicle allowance and additional bonuses based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit 4 to 10 retail locations daily
• Stock and rotate products to meet merchandising standards
• Set up planograms and promotional materials
• Enhance product visibility in refrigerated sections
• Compile weekly reports on store visits and execution
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
• Minimum one year in customer service or merchandising
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb
• Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain
