Round is focused on helping members enhance their physical and mental strength in just 30 minutes. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic trainers who excel at communication and possess a sales mindset. No prior kickboxing experience is necessary as extensive training will be provided for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-energy training workouts for clients

• Convert free trial sessions into memberships

• Maintain a clean and inviting gym space

• Motivate and support clients in their fitness goals

• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Strong sales capabilities and effective communication

• Positive, outgoing personality committed to health

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to uphold gym cleanliness

• Willingness to engage in continuous training
