Technical Sales Engineer - TrueLight Machine Vision

BOS Innovations is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer for True Light’s AI-powered inspection platform in London, Ontario. The role owns go-to-market activities for the platform, beginning with 3D-AI Weld Inspection and expanding to future inspection applications.

Location: London, ON
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

• Identify and engage prospective customers, prioritizing Tier 1 automotive and industrial manufacturing accounts.
• Build pipelines for both direct customer integrations and product or technology sales to systems integrators and OEMs.
• Develop outreach and channel-partner strategies, conduct technical presentations and demonstrations, and manage sales cycles through closing.
• Represent the inspection solutions at relevant trade shows and industry events.
• Provide customer and competitive feedback to product and engineering teams; develop pricing, packaging, and proposal templates.
• Maintain customer and partner relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and involve technical teams in post-sale support as needed.

• At least 2 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or field applications, selling complex hardware or software into manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with machine vision systems or industrial automation components. Knowledge of industrial welding processes is an asset.
• Engineering degree, relevant engineering technology or automation training, or equivalent hands-on industrial field experience.
• Willingness to travel 20–40%, including international travel, and a valid passport.
• Valid driver’s licence and an acceptable driving record.
