Prerequisites include education and hospital experience, with a preference for experience mas Elgin General Hospital. Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication skills, along with good to excellent computer skills, are essential.
The position involves leading a shift, reporting to the Senior Team Leader and STEGH Security Supervisor. Responsibilities include deploying resources, managing Codes, coaching and training guards, and handling book-offs.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications   Ontario Security Guard License
First Aid/CPR Certification
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to learn, troubleshoot, and support security software systems
Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
Ability to foster a team environment
Motivation and ability to work independently
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiarity with Lenel, Track Tik, and Prospective software
Minimum one year of leadership experience (preferred)
Excellent customer service skills
Certification Requirements   Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
