Location: Southwestern Ontario

Phil's Grandson's Place is hiring licensed security guards to monitor and protect our establishment. Responsibilities include checking IDs, surveilling patrons, and managing risk situations. A valid Ontario Security License is mandatory, while a Smart Serve certificate and reliable transportation are preferred to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff
• Monitor intoxication levels of guests
• Conduct s for age verification
• Respond to and manage disruptive behavior
• Patrol all areas of the venue consistently
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License required
• Smart Serve certification preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience in security roles beneficial
• Part-time commitment essential
