Allied Universal is seeking Security Professionals in London, Ontario.
Job Title: Security Professional - Part Time

Job Location: London, ON

Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour

Shifts: Saturdays & Sundays - 12am to 12pm (Overnight)

Overview: Allied Universal is currently hiring Security Professionals in Windsor, ON to provide professional, front‑line security services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, able to work night shifts, a professional demeanor, and willing to work with a dynamic team.

The guards need to wear Safety Shoes all the time, they need to patrol the warehouse.

Requirement:

• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm.
• Experience with report writing and note-taking.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
• Valid Ontario security guard license
• Must be eligible to work in Canada for 24 hours per week.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate is a must.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Specific Duties Performed and

Essential Functions:

• Monitor and control access to the facility/store area.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and customer‑friendly presence at all times.
• Handle conflicts, incidents, and difficult situations using effective de‑escalation skills.
• Conduct indoor and outdoor patrols while following site protocols and post orders, including monitoring customer and guest movement throughout the property.
• Ensure all safety and emergency procedures are followed during fire alarms and other site emergencies.
• Complete all site‑specific training and follow guidance provided by the Site Supervisor or Manager.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and decision‑making skills during emergencies and incidents.
• Maintain accurate records, complete incident reports, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Operate and monitor security systems, CCTV equipment, and complete all required training programs.
