Dynacare is a healthcare and diagnostic services facility providing laboratory testing and related medical services. The site includes patient service areas, laboratories, administrative offices, and secure storage for sensitive medical materials. With regular activity from staff, patients, and service providers, the facility requires controlled access, strict adherence to safety and health protocols, and organized operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a protected environment for both employees and visitors.

Shifts:

Monday - Wednesday (11pm-6am)
Overtime Method:
Averaging Agreement – calculating after 88 hours bi‑weekly

• Implement security measures to protect property, control access to sites, and patrol assigned areas to monitor activities and ensure client rules and regulations are followed.
• Maintain written reports and perform security checks.
• Liaise with client staff to maintain a positive, productive work environment through collaboration.
• Watch for and report irregularities by completing incident reports, e.g., security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations.
• Contact emergency responders such as police, fire, and/or ambulance personnel as required.

• Must possess an Ontario Security Guard License.
• First Aid & CPR – Emergency Level Superior.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
