• Valid Security Licence
• Emergency First Aid/CPR/AED
• Post‑secondary education (police foundations or similar) OR minimum 3 years of related Security Guard experience
• IAHSS – basic certification
• Non‑violent crisis intervention (NVCI)
• Certified Protection Institute (CPI)
• Must be bondable
• Satisfactory attendance.

• Must perform in a TEAM environment
• Excellent customer service best practice and public relations skills
• Demonstrated ability to support and embrace the philosophy of Service Excellence and Patient and Family Centred Care.
• Demonstrated participation in building a culture of safety and partnering with others to improve the safety of patient care processes and systems.
• Demonstrated performance that reflects our code of conduct, purpose and values statements

• Code Stroke – Duties
