Security Officer - Ontario

Position: Security Officer - Full Time Ontario
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Step into a Security Officer role with Paladin in Ontario, providing critical patrol and monitoring services on a full-time basis. Shifts include a continental rotation for maximum coverage.

In this capacity, you will execute regular patrols, oversee access controls, and address security incidents promptly. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring surveillance systems, reporting on unusual activities, and collaborating with emergency services. A focus on safety and effective communication is vital to successfully manage any situation that arises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patrols of the facility

• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems

• Control access points and verify personnel

• Respond to emergencies and alarms efficiently

• Document incidents and maintain logs

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• First Aid & CPR Level C certification necessary

• Valid G Driver’s License

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Background in security or law enforcement preferred
