This full-time contract from August 24, 2026, to January 30, 2027, requires regular engagement with residents at the front desk. Responsibilities include managing key access and performing security audits, ensuring that all students feel safe and supported in their residence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary contact for residence inquiries
• Control residence access through key management
• Log activities and dispatch staff accordingly
• Perform routine audits to ensure key security
• Conduct building security checks and manage reports
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in customer service role
• Expertise in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
• Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent required
