Location: Southwestern Ontario
Take on a leadership role as a Shift Supervisor with Allied Universal in Waterloo, ON. Oversee security operations that prioritize customer service and maintain a safe environment.
As a full-time Shift Supervisor, you will utilize your Ontario security guard license to lead patrols, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Your ability to effectively document incidents and communicate with staff and clients will play a crucial role in your success. Access control system knowledge is a key requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facility access control measures
• Present a polished, customer-friendly image
• Handle conflicts and manage incidents diligently
• Conduct thorough patrols, indoor and outdoor
• Implement emergency procedures as required
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario security guard license needed
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems
• Strong skills in report writing and note-taking
• High school diploma or GED required
• Eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week
