Candidates must hold a valid security guard license in Ontario and be flexible enough to work 12-hour shifts during weekends and holidays. Experience dealing with challenging interactions and the ability to de-escalate tensions is crucial. This role involves immediate travel across Ontario for an extended commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safety during organized protests and labor disruptions
• React to manmade crises such as structural fires
• Document incidents through detailed reporting
• Maintain proficiency in English communication
• Be available for short notice assignments
Requirements:
• Valid security guard license in Ontario
• Minimum commitment to 84-hour work weeks
• Proven experience in confrontational situation management
• Eligibility to work in Canada as a resident
• Excellent report writing skills
