At Canada Life, the Security Guard will support the front-desk operations and ensure a secure workplace through professional engagement. This full-time role involves regular patrols and the responsibility of reporting any irregularities or security breaches. Previous experience in security will enhance your qualifications for effective service in this corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol the building to ensure personal and property security
• Engage courteously with staff and visitors alike
• Document incidents and report on security concerns
• Implement rules and enforce compliance within the facility
• Communicate with emergency services when needed
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• First Aid & CPR - Level C certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with the Trespass to Property Act
• Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
