Position: Sergeant for Campus Safety Operations
Oversee campus security as a Sergeant at Western University, Ontario. Be at the forefront of incident management and team supervision for student safety.

In this integral role, you will supervise a dedicated team of Special Constable Patrol Officers and Communications Operators. Your responsibilities include being the Incident Commander during emergencies, ensuring the effective response of your team, and managing university safety protocols. You'll play a key role in contributing to the safety and security of a vibrant university community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Special Constable Patrol Officers in daily operations

• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies

• Manage internal and external responses for safety

• Develop community safety initiatives and awareness

• Maintain discipline and workflow among patrol units

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Special Constable or Police Officer

• Preferred post-secondary degree or equivalent training

• Previous supervisory experience in emergency roles

• Strong knowledge of security systems and crisis response

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
