Synergy Protection Group Inc. seeks an experienced, customer-focused Security Guard for casual, full-time, or part-time shifts. You’ll engage with visitors while monitoring and patrolling the premises, investigating incidents, and completing security reports. This role promotes a friendly atmosphere combined with dedicated security practices to enhance the safety of all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate security breaches and incidents promptly

• Complete detailed reports on occurrences and surveillance

• Monitor designated areas through regular patrols

• Provide customer service-oriented interactions with the public

• Enforce the Trespass to Property Act effectively

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario security licence required

• At least 1 year of security experience

• Tactical security background is an asset

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and respond to emergencies
