Become a Control Room Officer responsible for overseeing security operations and incident management. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills while working night shifts.

, you will be involved in monitoring security protocols and coordinating responses to various incidents. Key tasks include maintaining clear lines of communication between mobile teams and clients, logging incidents, and ensuring compliance with all operational protocols. Flexibility for 12-hour shifts is necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee responses to security incidents and alarm activations

• Communicate effectively with site officers and clients

• Maintain accurate logs of incidents in control room systems

• Ensure strict compliance with operational procedures

• Act as the main contact for security operations during shifts

Requirements:

• Experience in a control room or similar environment preferred

• Strong multitasking and pressure management abilities

• Proficient in security software and computing systems

• Must hold a valid SIA Licence

• Familiarity with Glasgow and surroundings preferred
