This position is ideal for those with over two years of loss prevention or security experience. You will leverage your leadership skills to train and support fellow team members and engage in complex investigations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong ethical standards in all actions undertaken.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance and investigations at store locations

• Identify loss areas and contribute to shrink reduction plans

• Detect and apprehend offenders committing theft

• Assist in training and supporting team members

• Prepare reports and evidence for court purposes

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience in loss prevention

• Proven ability to manage emergency situations

• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle

• Provincial security worker license prior to starting
