, your primary responsibility will include coordinating responses to security incidents and keeping communication clear with both teams and clients. You will document all activities and incidents, ensuring compliance with operational protocols throughout your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly

• Log activities and shift updates in control room systems accurately

• Maintain clear communication between all security teams

• Ensure compliance with protocols and operational procedures

• Provide regular updates to clients about incidents

Requirements:

• Experience in a control room is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

• Necessary proficiency in relevant software

• Essential to hold a valid SIA Licence
