We are looking for a professional and customer focused Night Concierge to join a prestigious residential development in London NW8. Working a 3 nights on, 3 nights off rota, you will provide a five star concierge service to residents and visitors, ensuring the safety, security and smooth running of the development throughout the night. Duties include monitoring CCTV, carrying out regular building patrols, managing access control, handling resident enquiries, coordinating deliveries and contractors, maintaining accurate shift records, and responding calmly to emergencies.

The ideal candidate will have previous concierge or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, a smart and professional appearance, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional service. Start ASAP!
