Supervisor of Law Enforcement Services

Enhance community safety as a Supervisor of Municipal Law Enforcement Services in London, Ontario. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on leading officers and ensuring compliance with by-laws.

In this Supervisor role, report directly to the Manager of Community Compliance while overseeing the training and operation of Municipal Law Enforcement Officers. Your leadership will drive effective program delivery and foster engagement in anti-racism initiatives within the community. Training and adherence to safety regulations will be primary responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate training for law enforcement staff

• Maintain compliance with by-law standards and legislation

• Address and resolve public complaints regarding enforcement

• Conduct regular inspections for service quality

• Collaborate on policy development with external municipalities

Requirements:

• College Diploma or Degree in law enforcement fields

• At least 5 years in by-law enforcement with supervisory experience

• MLEO certification required

• Effective conflict resolution and communication skills

• Knowledge of community safety practices
