Ensure safety at Canada Life as a Concierge Security Guard, blending front-desk duties with security expertise. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, demanding strong communication and customer service skills.

This position is integral to the corporate environment, requiring a professional demeanor and the ability to manage both security and customer service tasks effectively. You'll greet clients, monitor access, and assist with administrative duties while maintaining a secure workplace. Your pivotal role will involve responding to emergencies and supporting building services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally

• Enforce security measures and monitor access points

• Respond calmly to disturbances and emergencies

• Manage visitor databases and room bookings

• Conduct patrols of the premises for security

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid and CPR level C certification

• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills

• Previous roles in concierge or hospitality preferred

• High proficiency in Microsoft 365

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
