This role calls for proactive engagement within health-focused workplaces. As a Casual Healthcare Security Guard, you will perform security patrols, supervise patients, and utilize de-escalation techniques in emergencies. Flexibility is essential, committing to 2 to 3 shifts weekly across multiple facilities ensures operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct security patrols inside and outside facilities
• Monitor patients and manage incidents calmly
• Complete detailed incident and end-of-shift reports
• Enforce health and safety compliance across sites
• Collaborate with management and staff effectively
Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Clean-shaven for N95 Mask Fit Test
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations is necessary
• 6+ months of customer service experience
