Job Description

Just Jon Handyman Services is a young company with a dedicated team delivering excellence to our customers. Work includes everything from 4‑hour jobs to multi‑month renovations.

We are looking for a driven individual with a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, flexibility, and an open‑mind approach.

• Effective and prompt communication with customers and team members
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as residential & commercial handyman services, window and door installations, rental property maintenance, honey‑do lists, flooring, drywalling, painting, carpentry, garbage runs, stairs and docks
• Plan for future jobs and pick up materials as needed
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Repair or replace damaged components
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
• Travel to job sites
• Accountability for quality
• Proven experience in construction
• Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills

• Must be willing to work on challenging projects
• Must have a valid G driver’s licence
• Must have own vehicle and a set of tools
• Must be reliable
• Must be tech‑savvy
