This vital role allows you to provide personalized assistance that helps enhance the quality of life for those you serve. Candidates must hold qualifications such as a Social Services Worker diploma and relevant certifications. Responsibilities include providing direct support, facilitating engagement in community activities, and implementing effective support strategies tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to achieve personal aspirations

• Provide necessary physical and personal care support

• Facilitate involvement in community and cultural activities

• Carry out administration tasks corresponding to care

• Promote skill development in diverse areas
Requirements:

• Developmental Services Worker Diploma or equivalent

• Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C certifications

• Completed CPI Training preferred

• Understanding of safety regulations and requirements

• Valid police check with vulnerable sector screening
