In this full-time, permanent role, you'll independently assess and implement accommodation plans based on human rights principles. With a focus on legal compliance and procedural fairness, you'll serve as a subject matter expert in navigating complex requests related to creed, family status, and pregnancy needs. The position uniquely balances academic and workplace contexts while requiring no clinical assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review non-disability accommodation applications thoroughly
• Develop and implement individualized accommodation plans
• Provide authoritative advisory support to campus stakeholders
• Ensure accurate documentation of accommodations and communications
• Identify and resolve complex accommodation cases collaboratively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in human rights or case management
• Expertise in interpreting legislation and policies
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Clear vulnerable sector check required
