This full-time role is dedicated to connecting Indigenous clients with essential services at the HART Hub. Working collaboratively with First Nation Communities, your contributions will enhance access to traditional healing and comprehensive care tailored to diverse needs. You'll ensure clients receive compassionate, integrated solutions aimed at improving health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for Indigenous clients
• Connect clients to traditional healing and support resources
• Advocate for culturally safe services across providers
• Facilitate comprehensive, individualized service plans
• Collaborate with community partners to strengthen resources
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Social Work or related field
• 2+ years experience supporting Indigenous populations
• Valid G2 Driver’s License required
• Background in addictions or mental health support
• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check needed
Utilize your skills in social work and cultural advocacy to foster constructive change for clients' health and housing.
