Crisis Response Team Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health and addiction assessments

• Establish therapeutic relationships with individuals

• Provide crisis intervention services via multiple channels

• Coordinate referrals to internal and external supports

• Advocate for individuals in crisis

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in mental health or addictions

• Minimum 3 years in a direct-service role

• Valid G class driver's license

• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check

• Demonstrated regular attendance at work
