Part Time Youth Program Facilitator

This contract position, with a maximum of 15 hours per week, fits candidates with a passion for youth and community integration. You will assist in delivering the Newcomer Youth Leadership and Integration Program, offering vital support in workshops and settlement services. A focus on creating a safe and engaging environment for youth is essential while managing administrative tasks and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate youth programs and workshops in the community
• Support youth's successful integration into Canadian life
• Provide assistance with needs assessments and settlement services
• Complete administrative tasks and track attendance
• Ensure a safe environment consistent with Child Protection Policy
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Child and Youth Work or related field
• Experience working with youth is an asset
• Proficiency in digital platforms like Microsoft Teams
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Acceptable Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening
