Definity Sustainability Integration Internship

Join Definity as a Sustainability Integration Co-op for Winter 2027 and contribute to sustainability initiatives in an innovative work environment. Experience hands-on collaboration while supporting community investment efforts.

As a co-op student reporting to the Sr. Sustainability Integration Manager, you’ll assist in projects focusing on sustainability, IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility), and grant administration. Use your analytical skills to identify social impact themes while fostering relationships with internal teams to drive equitable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal stakeholders in climate project tasks

• Coordinate community investment and employee engagement initiatives

• Assist with grant administration and data analysis

• Build relationships and champion sustainable practices

• Collect and analyze data effectively using Excel

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Sustainability or related field

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated passion for sustainability and social equity

• Results-oriented with solid project management abilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
