As the Team Leader, you will oversee a group of developers dedicated to creating instrumentation software for various research applications. You'll be responsible for leading meetings, planning architecture, and fostering a collaborative environment. Your expertise will ensure that the software meets the high standards required for scientific research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of developers on software projects
• Schedule meetings and organize activities
• Guide software architecture design and development
• Mentor team members for professional growth
• Manage software for photovoltaic measurement systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years in software design and development
• Experience with C# in instrumentation contexts
• Proficiency in software version control (Git Hub)
• Analytical skills for troubleshooting
