Position: Software Engineering Team Leader - NAVBLUE
Location: Southwestern Ontario

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in software engineering and leadership to drive innovative solutions for airlines and airports. With a background of 10 years in software development and 3 years in leadership, you will facilitate effective engineering practices and coach your team. Expect engaging challenges while connecting with a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive alignment of engineering initiatives with corporate strategy

• Develop and maintain clear Software Factory processes

• Support and mentor Software Factory Chapter staff

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards

• Collaborate with other Managers on shared goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar

• Minimum 10 years of software design expertise

• 3 years in team leadership roles

• Knowledge of modern technologies like .Net, C++, AWS

• Passionate about team development and problem solving
