Software Test Specialist at Secusmart

Location: Southwestern Ontario

As a Software Test Specialist II, you’ll collaborate in an Agile SCRUM environment, performing manual and automated testing. Utilize your 5-8 years of software verification and validation experience to analyze complex issues and design comprehensive test cases. Your innovative thinking and communication skills will create value within the testing team while ensuring high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Agile SCRUM development processes

• Conduct hands-on quality assurance activities

• Analyze and reproduce technical issues in test environments

• Design and implement manual and automated test cases

• Take on special projects to improve testing methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5-8 years in software verification and validation

• Proficient in software testing types

• Familiar with Agile SCRUM and continuous integration

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
