Source Developer

We are looking for a passionate Open Source Developer who is excited about building in public, contributing to developer ecosystems, and working on cutting‑edge technologies such as LLMs, AI tooling, and scalable backend systems. This role is ideal for early‑career engineers who love experimenting, learning fast, and shipping meaningful contributions.

• Contribute to and maintain open‑source projects (internal and external)
• Build and improve developer tools, APIs, and libraries
• Work with modern AI/ML stacks, including LLM integrations
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design scalable backend systems
• Write clean, well‑documented, and testable code
• Engage with the open‑source community (issues, PRs, discussions)
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI, Python ecosystems, and developer tooling

• 0–3 years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred)
• Familiarity with Git and open‑source workflows (PRs, forks, issues)
• Basic understanding of APIs, backend development, and system design
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or interest in working with LLMs
• Good problem‑solving skills and a builder mindset

• Contributions to open‑source projects (Git Hub profile is a big plus)
• Experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Node.js
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Understanding of vector databases or retrieval systems
