In this role, you will shape Carta’s Valuations offerings, focusing on new feature development, operational efficiency, and minimizing technical debt. As a Software Engineer II, you will work alongside business and engineering teams, tackling complex challenges in cap table management and investor products. This position allows you to make a significant impact on asset valuation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design highly secure and scalable platforms
• Adhere to test-driven development practices
• Conduct thoughtful peer code reviews
• Enhance observability through logging and monitoring
• Instrument system performance and business metrics
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of full-stack or frontend experience
• Familiarity with SaaS and microservices architecture
• Experience with React
JS, Java, or Python
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Passion for building user-friendly solutions
