Relay is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with over three years of full-stack experience. You will manage systems and infrastructure, drive product improvements, and collaborate across teams to meet customer needs. Your leadership will guide junior engineers, enhancing team development and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own features across the entire development lifecycle

• Optimize production systems for reliability and performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions

• Proactively identify areas for system and process improvements

• Mentor junior software engineers in best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience

• Strong background in Type Script, React, and Node.js

• Familiarity with AWS services and continuous deployment pipelines

• Ability to navigate dynamic and fast-paced environments
