Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain customer success tools

• Automate onboarding, account, and workflow processes

• Instrument tools for performance monitoring

• Develop async pipelines using Celery and SQS

• 4-5 years in software engineering with production experience

• Strong backend expertise in Python and Django REST

• Experience with AWS services and infrastructure coding

• Effective collaborator with strong analytical skills

• Familiarity with internal tooling tools like Retool
