In this role, you'll be tasked with architecting and delivering AI-enabled applications while mentoring fellow engineers. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to define high-value AI initiatives and ensure the reliability of solutions. Your technical acumen will guide the development of internal tools and reusable AI components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of AI applications and workflows
• Define best practices for AI application development
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams
• Create automation workflows for operational efficiency
• Coach engineers on AI development methodologies
Requirements:
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in modern programming languages like Type Script or Ruby
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and models
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
