Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technology Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Technical Analysts, and IT Business Analysts across multi‑squad, regulatory, or other cross‑cutting initiatives.
  • Drive technical strategy and roadmaps, review system designs, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and security.
  • Maintain strong technical expertise and be hands‑on when required to deliver and meet requirements.
  • Set team priorities, manage project timelines, remove blockers, and coordinate with product managers to deliver on important metrics and objectives and key results.
  • Bridge goals between the team and senior leadership, streamline and improve engineering workflows, and strengthen cross‑team, cross‑region collaboration.
  • Mentor your team to continuously develop and grow technical and non‑technical skills through mentorship, training and providing opportunities within the program.
  • Foster team engagement and build an impactful team.
  • Perform performance management including clear expectation setting, tactical and stretch goal setting, performance evaluations and development strategies.
  • Embrace and champion change as the company continues to evolve with technology to stay ahead of trends and lead the way.
  • Recruitment and onboarding for technology team members.
  • Provide on‑call production support to resolve technical issues and concerns.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability and experience within a technology leadership role.
  • Strong technical/development skills and hands‑on code review.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Responds well to ambiguity and works efficiently to clarify situations and outcomes.
  • Experience implementing in cloud infrastructure (Azure preferably).
  • Expert level in languages such as .NET, Java, JavaScript, and similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with databases such as SQL, Postgre

    SQL or similar databases.
  • Experience with agile and Dev Ops principles, test‑driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches.
  • Collaborative approach to work with team members; able to mentor, participate in code reviews, support or drive design sessions.
  • Constantly learns from both success and failure.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills that enable you to manage through creative abrasion.
  • Great verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities and outcomes.
