This hands-on Lead role is key in guiding the MLOps team within the Analytics Platform. You will be responsible for establishing cloud and GenAI services, enhancing production-grade capabilities, and mentoring engineers. Strong leadership and hands-on software engineering skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical efforts for the MLOps squad on architecture

• Design and evolve production-grade MLOps platform capabilities

• Build high-quality, maintainable services and APIs

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-effective

• Mentor engineers to uphold technical standards

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with AWS and distributed systems

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala

• Strong track record of operating large-scale production systems

• Practical experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
