Lead the development of innovative embedded systems s role focuses on C/C++ programming and DNN frameworks, offering opportunities in San Jose, Waterloo, or Miami.

As a Software Developer at Google, you will tackle challenges in embedded software and firmware design. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in testing and maintaining software products. You will collaborate with teams, contribute to design reviews, and handle code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and test code for embedded systems and firmware

• Participate in design reviews with stakeholders and peers

• Review and provide feedback on code developed by others

• Update documentation and adapt based on feedback

• Triage and debug product or system issues effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5 years in software development using C/C++

• 3 years with embedded operating systems

• 3 years in software product testing and maintenance

• 1 year in software design and architecture
