Location: Southwestern Ontario
Elevate AI technologies as a Senior Software Developer specializing in AI/ML at Google in Waterloo or Toronto. Drive innovation by developing investigative tools and recommendation systems for AI Agents.
This mid-level position requires expertise in developing, testing, and launching software products. You'll tackle ambiguous technical challenges, manage stakeholders, and contribute directly to Google Cloud's strategy. Additionally, you'll provide coaching to elevate team performance and enhance company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tools for AI Agent performance assessment
• Design and implement recommendation systems
• Create skill discovery and matching capabilities
• Manage stakeholder expectations and technical challenges
• Coach team members and enhance Google's work culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years in software development
• 5 years in testing and launching products
• 5 years in ML design and infrastructure
• Proficient with speech technology and reinforcement learning
