This role requires a seasoned software engineer to oversee the technical direction of various domains within Carta. You'll work on enhancing our Fund Administration platform while addressing complex challenges and mentoring fellow engineers. With a keen eye for improvement, you will drive architectural changes that promote reliability and scalability in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tackle complex problems and create navigable solutions

• Drive systemic improvements across engineering systems

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering

• Expertise in Python/Django, React, Postgres
