Position: Lead XR Developer at XYZ Reality
Take the helm at XYZ Reality as a Lead Developer in Augmented Reality, located in London. Drive innovative software solutions for the ATOM headset in a hybrid work environment.

In this full-time role, you will lead development teams on cutting-edge XR technology. This includes mentoring engineers and crafting modular, high-performance software tailored for real-time AR experiences. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and workflows in dynamic construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the software stack development for the ATOM headset

• Mentor teams in XR, graphics, and systems software

• Own on-device user experience and interaction models

• Collaborate with hardware, mobile, and cloud teams

• Ensure quality through CI/CD pipelines and testing

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in leadership

• Proficient in C++, C#, OpenGL, Vulkan for real-time systems

• Experience shipping production software on devices

• Strong understanding of performance on battery-powered hardware

• Excellent communication with engineering teams
