Location: Southwestern Ontario

Become part of Ford's Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design team as a Python Automation Test Developer. Focus on automated testing and contribute to industry-leading customer experiences in electric transport.

In this hybrid role, you will develop automated test scripts and tools, supporting existing solutions through bug fixes and updates. With a minimum of three years’ experience in Python development and CI/CD systems, you’ll also analyze test execution results and participate in code reviews to enhance code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automated test scripts in Python for new features

• Execute automated tests and analyze results thoroughly

• Interface with development teams to understand testing needs

• Contribute to code quality through reviews and feedback

• Develop hardware solutions for workflow automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Python development

• Familiarity with CI/CD systems like Jenkins

• Proficient in algorithms and multi-threading concepts

• Strong communication skills and self-motivation
