Software Engineer L2-L4 - Cambio, Hybrid

Cambio seeks a Software Engineer with a solid foundation in software development, having 4-5 years of experience.

Your role involves designing solutions that automate and refine processes within our Customer Success teams, driving operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure your solutions have the desired impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain internal tools to support Customer Success

• Automate workflows for onboarding and management

• Monitor and improve tooling performance continuously

• Develop async task pipelines using Celery

• Integrate internal systems with third-party platforms

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of software engineering experience

• Proficient in Python and Django REST Framework

• Strong product instincts and collaborative skills

• Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure coding

• Experience with Retool or similar internal tools
