Senior Full-Stack Mobile Engineer - Hybrid

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Join Manulife's Retirement technology team as a Senior Full-Stack Mobile Engineer in a hybrid setup. This role focuses on building high-quality mobile apps with React Native and robust backend infrastructure.

In your position as Senior Mobile Software Engineer, you will craft scalable applications and contribute to architectural frameworks. Collaborate with product owners and UX designers to deliver accessible user experiences. Your expertise in Type Script will guide the development of production-ready code across both mobile and backend platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement features for mobile and backend systems

• Write clean, tested Type Script code for production

• Participate in architectural reviews and propose solutions

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments

• Monitor application performance with New Relic

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of software development experience

• Strong proficiency in React Native and Node.js

• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes and Redis

• Knowledge of Git Hub Actions for CI/CD

• Excellent understanding of testing strategies
