Technical Leadership: Software Engineering Director

In this role, you will take a proactive stance on AI adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve software delivery and operational efficiency. Your leadership will ensure that best practices in security and compliance are integrated into all AI efforts, maintaining alignment with MCAP's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the adoption of AI technologies for engineering workflows

• Foster collaborations to enhance software delivery

• Develop metrics for tracking AI adoption outcomes

• Oversee full life cycle of IT delivery for projects

• Establish performance standards for engineering teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• 10+ years in IT; including 5+ in leadership roles

• Experience with AI integration and secure software development

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities
