Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the adoption of AI technologies across teams

• Define and monitor project performance standards

• Guide evaluation and deployment of development tools

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT, with at least 5+ in leadership

• Proficient in AI tech and software development practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Project management and leadership experience
