Position: Senior Software Developer at Wabtec

With Bach-Simpson, a leader in event recording for trains, you will report to the Software Manager. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in C programming and experience with embedded Linux. You'll architect and implement innovative software solutions, working on both PC and embedded platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the software team

• Analyze and design software to meet formal requirements

• Implement software designs and debug defects

• Maintain formal software design documentation

• Collaborate with product management to address customer feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field

• At least 5 years experience with C programming

• Experience in embedded systems and bare metal programming

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
